We found this beautiful plaque recently above the tent of one of God's Concrete Angels. We hope that in 2023 we can continue to be a Blessing to all of God's Concrete Angels, through love, compassion, understanding, and the sharing of God's Hope and Eternal Love for Them All!
We just recently met these two wonderful individuals, Perla and Martin. They are out almost everyday feeding and ministering to God's Concrete Angels. They cook a beautiful hot meal onsite and make sure that everyone is fully fed, both physically and spiritually. God Bless You Perla and Martin!

On Wednesday, March 8, 2023 we met one of God's Concrete Angels that had been most recently staying in one of the local shelters. She, like most of God's Concrete Angels, has a lot of obstacles to endure, but also like a lot of God's Concrete Angels she remains positive and upbeat, knowing and telling us, "God's Got This"!
Pictured above is her suitcase with most of her belongings inside, as well as a Bible Scripture from Isaiah that she attached to the outside of the suitcase for inspiration. The food, candy, and drinks attached to the top of the suitcase are sold to individuals in and around the downtown Dallas area for money in order for her to pay for a storage unit and to survive. She told us before we left that she had just found out that she has been approved for housing and cannot wait to move in and start looking for a fulltime job. We will keep her and all of God's Concrete Angels in our Hearts and Prayers for the best outcomes for them all!
God's Concrete Angels recently lost one of their friends and they created this beautiful mural in remembrance of their friend. Just because God's Concrete Angels are homeless does not mean that they don't have shared losses of friends and shared mourning of those losses. These are just some of the many areas we recently came upon on August 24, 2023, that some of God's Concrete Angels call their homes. We are continuing to see an increase in homelessness, even though their has been millions of dollars that are supposed to be allocated to help in ending homelessness.
This Beautiful God's Concrete Angel showed us one of the wonderful things that keeps her going in the toughest of times. It is the Bible Scripture, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” She had it tattooed on her hand as a constant reminder to her that no matter what the circumstances the Lord is always her Rock and is always with her. Please continue to keep all of God's Concrete Angels in your continued Hearts and Prayers and Thank You from all of God's Concrete Angels!
On Thursday, November 16, 2023, we joined Parkway Hills Baptist Church and Pathway of Life Church with ACTZ Ministries to feed and clothe God's Concrete Angels. These are just some of God's Concrete Angels who we served and cared for that evening. The picture in the middle is Paul, with Parkway Hills Baptist Church, whom we all lovingly call Apostle Paul. He is giving a beautiful sermon to God's Concrete Angels on the Love and Saving Grace of Jesus Christ. We humbly ask that you continue to keep all of God's Concrete Angels in your Thoughts and Prayers as we enter into the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays and beyond. And we Thank You from All of God's Concrete Angels!
On this day, Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2023, we want to wish a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving to All of God's Concrete Angels and our Hopes and Prayers is for more Wonderful Blessings to come for All of God's Concrete Angels!!
As we were going around on December 14,2023, checking on God's Concrete Angels, we came across this beautiful lady, by the name of Ola and her beautiful Service Canine, Havs, with his favorite bone. Ola suffers from epilepsy and Havs has been trained to alert Ola when she may have a seizure. Ola and Havs were set-up outside of one of the bigger homeless nonprofits, Our Calling, with just a blanket and the ground, as were several other ones of God's Concrete Angels. Ola has a background as a Personal Trainer, working with Service K9's, Rehab Specialist, and working with Chronic Conditions in the field of Neuro Sports and Evaluation Services. Ola said she was worried because it was forecasted to rain and she and Havs had nowhere to go. I asked her about Our Calling and she said they would not reopen until the next morning. Sadly we see situations like this way too often and we just continue to ask the questions where is all the money going to help in situations like Ola's and Hav's and all the other God's Concrete Angels as well? What has happened to all the properties that were supposedly bought for the purpose of permanent housing for God's Concrete Angels? This is where some of God's Concrete Angels have to lay their heads for the night, on the cold hard concrete. Most of the shelters on any given night are full and to have a tent to lay your head is considered a luxury that most cannot achieve. When it is cold out many will try and seek out a heating grate, as the person in the picture on the left has found. This keeps them warm throughout the cold, but only if they are lucky enough to find one and then hopefully they do not get chased away by the city.
These are pictures from the Annual Christmas Event given by Operation Care International for 2023. At their Annual Christmas Event Operation Care International gives clothing, shoes, haircuts, eyeglasses, special presents for the children, and much, much more to those in need. But most importantly lots and lots of love to all. The top picture is a picture of some of the many families and the picture below is a picture of some of the many adults.
At the 2023, Annual Operation Care International Christmas Event, God's Concrete Angels Homeless Veterans were Honored.
