God's Concrete Angels

He will reply, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me." Matthew 25:45

Looking at his disciples, Jesus said: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh." — Luke 6:20-21

These Are Some of the Life Stories of Some of God's Concrete Angels. Stories of Their Struggles and Successes, Tragedies and Triumphs, Their Stories,Their Truths. We Will Continue to Add More of God's Concrete Angels and Their Stories to Our List, as Well as Updates on Them as We Take the Journey Along Side of Them to Help Guide Them in Less Tragedies and More Triumphs!

Isaiah 53: 1-12 Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 2 He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. 3 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. 4 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. 9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. 11 After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

We met this beautiful God's Concrete Angel recently and like alot of God's Concrete Angels he holds close to his Faith in God, (as witnessed by the Cross and Scripture tattooed on his arm), even though he is homeless, he still Hopes in the Lord. The Scripture from Isaiah 53: 1-12 is written above and it mirrors alot of what God's Concrete Angels face on a daily basis when it comes to pain and suffering. Please continue to keep all of God's Concrete Angels in your Hearts and Prayers and thank you.

Angel Tanisha (Tee)

Not to long after we first met Tee, in 2018, she ended up losing her job and her home. She was a caretaker for a couple and she also lived at the home. The couple ended up moving and Tee was left without a job or a home.

In the beginning Tee struggled to get back on her feet, having setback after setback, but Tee was determined. We checked in on her on a regular basis and always encouraged her not to give up and to continue to seek out the resources that were available to her. Its very difficult for any of God's Concrete Angels when they have found themselves where Tee was at and the process to get back on your feet can be long and hard, but Tee didn't quit.

Even when Tee was at her lowest point she still carried that glimmer of hope. A hope, Tee will tell you, that came from the Lord, equaled with Tee's determination. So it is with GREAT JOY that we let everyone know that Tee is now in a home of her own and is doing really good. This picture above of Tee was taken just recently as she shared the good news with us. As you can clearly see from the picture of Tee she is glowing with happiness. Tee is truly EXCELLENT, as her shirt states. Tee still goes back to visit her friends that are still working to achieve their forever home and encourages them not to give up and that it can happen. Tee we are so proud of you and look forward to more successes from you! WE LOVE YOU MY FRIEND! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS TEE!!

Angel Kelly

This is Kelly with some of her artwork that she works on every chance she gets. Kelly will tell you that it is a great distraction from what she and her husband C.L. are living through, as a couple without a home.

C.L., like so many other of God's Concrete Angels, works fulltime and saves every penny to hopefully be able to get off the streets soon and into a real home. Kelly also works a part-time job, but for the two of them, again like so many of God's Concrete Angels, their is always that constant fear that when they return from their jobs all of their belongings will be either thrown away by the City of Dallas or stolen, it has sadly happened more then once to them and many more of God's Concrete Angels. As always please keep all of God's Concrete Angels in your Hearts and Prayers and thank you from all of God's Concrete Angels.

Angel Ricky (aka Papa)

We are so excited to announce that one of God's Concrete Angels that we met when we first began our journey with God's Concrete Angels has finally received his housing as of Thursday, July 28, 2022. His name is Ricky, (aka Papa), and he, like many of God's Concrete Angels has been waiting a very long time for this opportunity.

We first met Ricky in 2018 when he came to us one day when we were out serving God's Concrete Angels and he asked if we could come over to his tent encampment when we finished up because he had a lot of people in his tent encampment that needed help. Without hesitation we said yes, and so began the journey with Ricky, (aka Papa), and all of God's Concrete Angels.

We would soon find out why Ricky was called "Papa" on the streets. Ricky would always be looking out for his fellow homeless, even though he himself was homeless. He was always giving of what he could to others and sharing what was given to him among his fellow homeless, never forgetting them and always caring and compassionate.

It goes without saying that Ricky, (aka Papa), has seen a lot in his time on the streets, but he always has tried to stay strong and positive and not give up. He, along with his fellow God's Concrete Angels, have had a lot of encouragers, to help in his journey. The pictures above are Ricky, (aka Papa), and me on Thursday, July 28, 2022, with his Apartment Lease Agreement and the following picture is Ricky, (aka Papa), (look at the beautiful brightness of Spirit that surrounds Ricky in this picture), with ACTZ Ministries of Pathway of Life Church. ACTZ Ministries was able to help Ricky load the rest of his belongings on there truck and get him to his new home that evening, GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR THAT!!

. And now begins a new journey for Ricky, (aka Papa), one of hope, peace, and most importantly GOD ALMIGHTY!! Ricky (aka Papa), we are so happy for you and we know that you will not forget those that are still waiting for their forever home. GOD BLESS YOU RICKY, (AKA PAPA), AND WE LOVE YOU ALWAYS!!
